“One very very happy woman Jason.” She said smiling when he kissed her, he truly did make her the happiest woman alive. She knew how much he did to show her how much he cared and to keep her happy but all that mattered to her was he was happy and safe. “Have I ever told you that all I want is for you to be you, if you’re happy then I’m happy. I know how much you do to show me you care and to keep me happy but you make me happy, nothing else matters than you being yourself and happy.” She explained knowing she had mentioned it before but it never hurt to say it again.

Shani enjoyed the feeling of his hands on her hips as she smiled at him. “Connor has a great role model in you Jason. We are blessed to have you in our lives.” Shani knew how important it was for things to be good between them as the children picked up on everything. They were like miniature lie detectors for adults though Shani appreciated everything that Jason did for the family.

Jason nodded in reply when Shani said that to him, kissing her at the same time. "And you make me happy" he said to her gently in reply, looking her in the eye as he said that to her. Jason kissed her again after he said that, adding a little passion this time around.

Shani smiled when he spoke and said that she made him happy, it was all she had ever wanted to do. To make him happy and keep him that way, she knew it was fool’s errand because no one was happy all the time but she would do everything she could to keep it that way. Shani gazed back at Jason until he kissed her with a little passion this time.

She found herself gasping as she returned his passion; she let her hands move from his waist to move over his back. Her foot picked up from the floor spontaneously as she held onto him. “You really need to take more time off.” She gasped lightly as she smiled enjoying the fact that he was there with her. The feeling of his kiss and passion sent shivers down her spine as she ignored everything around them other than Jason.

"Indeed I do my charming Israeli wife." Jason said to her in reply while kissing her. He continued to kiss Shani after saying that, clearly in love with her. Kissing her like that made him think back to their wedding night, a night that he wouldn't forget anytime soon. A few moments later, he checked his watch. "The kids will be home soon." he said to Shani after looking back to her.

Jason looked into Shani's eyes as he said that to her, a slight smile on his face at the same time. He then leaned in and kissed her again.

Shani nodded in agreement to her husband’s words, “You really do my handsome amazing Irish husband.” When he kissed her it felt as if everything was right with the world, she could forget about the worst day or that one thought that chased around her head. His kiss could fix a thousand things as she relaxed into it entirely. When he checked his watch and mentioned the kids will be home Shani sighed, not that she wanted the kids to be at school more but on that day an after school club seemed a good option.

When he looked into her eyes she thought about their wedding night as she saw the slight smile on his face. Shani returned his kiss passionately as she hugged him; she could stay there for hours with him and not want to move an inch. “How soon is soon?” She mumbled against his lips as she chuckled lightly.

Jason looked Shani in the eye when she said that. "An hour?" he said to her softly before kissing her after she chuckled. A slight smile came to his face at the same time before kissing her again. As he did, the sound around him faded a little as he held Shani and kissed her. Jason soon pulled back gently and looked his wife in the eye, his arms still around her. It was clear that he was in love with Shani and that her loyalty and charm never ceased to amaze him.

Jason smiled a little, then kissed her again while slowly running his hands down Shani's back while kissing her. "There is much sweetness in your lips Shani." he said to her.

Shani raised her brow and smiled, “In an hour a lot can be done.” She replied enjoying his kiss as she could hardly stop herself from smiling. It felt like she could be anywhere, there was nothing but him there nothing in that moment that she cared about more than the person stood kissing her and holding her. Shani could see the love in his eyes and it was mirrored entirely in hers as she gazed at him smiling.

When he ran his hands down her back she gasped a slightly as she blushed at his words. “There is so much sweetness in yours too.” She replied as she leaned in to kiss him again. “Your lips are like velvet and there is no one else I would rather be kissed by than you Jason. You are my hero.” She said softly as she held him. There was no one else she looked up to in life as much as she did him, he was her hero in so many ways and she simply hoped that he knew that.

Jason smiled in reply when Shani said that to him, then returned the kiss, his hands still on her back. "If I am your hero, then you are my damsel." he said to her softly after kissing her, looking her in the eye at same time. As he said that, Jason gently placed his hand on Shani's cheek and kissed her softly yet again as he stood on front of her with his hand on her cheek.

Jason kept his other hand on Shani's back as he kissed her. It was clear that he was happy with her and that he cared for her deeply.

His touch and his kiss, she could have melted into a heap right there and then a she reminded herself what it had been like the first time he kissed her. When he kissed her it felt as if the world fell away, it was comforting in the way that words never could be. “I’d be your damsel any day Jason. You truly are my hero in more ways than you know.” She said softly when he kissed her again with his hand on her cheek as she smiled.

He was her salvation in life, the person that no matter what was happening she could think of and in an instant her day was brighter. To her it felt like he was the half of her missing until she had met him, she was insanely happy and care for him no matter what happened. She had never understood the saying ‘loved with all my heart’ until she had done that with Jason. “I love you Jason.” She said with all the feeling and love she could find.

He and the children were her life and there was no other life she would rather have had then the one she did. To her he had made everything possible, a dream she had and it had come true thanks to him. The family they had, the love and safety they were all down to him in her mind and she could never have wished for anything more.

Jason smiled a little in reply when Shani said that. "I love you too Shani McGuire." he said to her in reply before kissing her passionately. He wrapped his arms around his wife as he kissed her, everything else around him drowning out at the same time. While kissing her he ran his hands down Shani's back, feeling the fabric of her shirt at the same time.

He soon pulled back softly and looked at her. "Your face glows like the morning sun." he said to her in Hebrew while looking her in the eye. It was clear by the way he spoke that he was deeply in love with Shani and would do anything to keep her safe.

Shani smiled hearing the words he said to her, those simple words that made her entire world light up because she knew he meant them. With his arms around her and her arms around him there was no place she would have rather have been that day. She sighed contently at the feeling of his hands running down her back. Even his touch was perfect she thought gazing at him when he pulled back softly.

“Jason...” She gasped hearing the Hebrew he spoke as she gazed back at him, the smile on her face grew each second it was there. “You are like the moon and the stars always watching over us and keeping us safe. You truly are the most amazing.” She said as she kissed him again grateful to have ever been given the chance to meet him let alone marry him too.

Jason smiled a little when Shani said that. "And you Shani are the sun that warms the day. There is a Mexican proverb that states 'The house does not rest on the earth, but on a woman'...no where is that more true then with you." he said to her gently and honestly while looking her in the eye as he said that. There was honesty in his voice as he said that to Shani. He kissed her again after saying that, then softly pulled back and looked at her.

Shani could feel herself starting to blush again as he spoke. She could hear the honesty in his voice as he spoke and she could see it in his eyes too. After he kissed her again and pulled back Shani smiled at him. “The house is only made by you Jason, you are the one that keeps us all together.” She said softly to him, “I just wish I could show you how much you are loved, how much you mean to the family.” Shani had always been passionate but with Jason she would do anything for him, if he was happy then so was she.

“Why don’t you take a second week off and I can see if I can swap a few shifts?” She said happy to simply have her husband home. Any time he was home and not working were times when she could simply relax and not worry over every call she heard about involving the police. If he was home then she could look after him for a change.

"You already have Shani." Jason said to her softly in reply after kissing her again, placing his hands on her back at the same time. "I will see what I can do." he told her in regards to her comment about him taking another week off. It wasn't lost on him that Shani wanted him home and have to worry about him being on patrol. If he was honest with himself, he liked it when he was home and not out on the streets, though he knew that it was the job he signed up for.

Jason kissed her again as he stood there with her, then took her home so they could great the kids.

Shani smiled hearing him speak before he kissed her again as she leaned into his hand on her back. She nodded when he said he would see what he could do, it was all she could really ask of him given she knew how much his job meant to him. It was the same with hers though she had no doubt that he might ask the same thing of her if she was the cop and he was the paramedic. She worried like any wife would; each knock on the door and her heart was in her mouth just in case.

Each cop that would visit and until she knew the reason it was as if life had shifted somehow already. Still with him seeing what he could do, it was all she could ask him to do. When he kissed her again and took her home to greet the kids she was happy to be home with him. The kids were going to be home and the family was complete.
