Palmazio Mafia
The Palmazio Mafia comes straight from New York with branches in most major cities. Previous run by Mark Palmazio, the mafia has recently been taken over by Scott Cooper. In an effort to keep things legal the Mafia has a number if legitimate fronts and businesses. They also have a deal with the CPD, if they keep out of his business then he keeps out of theirs.

Stafani Enterprises
With it's engagement in smuggling, gambling and illegal money lending, amongst other criminal activities, this small to moderately sized organization it not far off from being a miniature Mafia of it's own. But under Evelyn's leadership this business enterprise has certain moral standards and refuses to knowingly handle drugs and will only handle weapons on a case by case basis. However Evelyn doesn't consider it as a Mafia and sees it as just a business enterprise...A business enterprise that can call for back up from a REAL Mafia in New York if the need ever arises.
