Jason smiled in reply when Shani said that, then kissed her before he continued eating. "You're an amazing woman Shani." he said to her while sitting there with her. True he said that alot, but he ment it every time. He would always be there for her and would drop everything to defend her to the hilt. It was something that came from the fact that he took his wedding vows seriously.

Jason never took his wedding ring off, unless he was working around the house, training, showering or the like. At the same time, Jason would give his life to keep Shani and the kids safe.

Shani blushed as he spoke, she thought of herself as just herself and that was it. No amazing just herself though she smiled. “You’re an amazing man Jason. I mean you put up with me so you really have to be amazing.” She joked though she knew she was hardly the easiest person in the world. She knew he meant what he said, the words they had spoken at their wedding meant everything to her and she would do all she could for him. If it meant jumping in front of anything she would, it was just one of those things she would do because she loved him.

Her wedding ring was always on, it either lived on her finger or on her necklace for work. “I still can’t believe that out of all those women at college you picked me and married me.” She said feeling like the luckiest woman around. “I’d do anything for you Jason, anything at all. You and the kids are all that matter to me and as long as you are all happy then I’m happy.” She said softly as she smiled and took another bite of her food.

Jason noticed the blush as he listened to Shani tell him that. He knew that she had a point about him putting up with her. He nodded a bit when she said that she would do anything for him and that him and the kids were all that mattered, also hearing her comment about how he had picked her. "Well...you were more honest and down to earth then the others." he said to her honestly in reply to that comment. "And don't forget about how strong you are in your faith." he added off the cuff after finishing his drink.

After doing so, he disposed of everything that he had, returning to the table after he had done that. After sitting back down, Jason took Shani's hand again. "Shani: what made you stand out was the fact that your strong in your faith and your honesty...I know I'm sounding like a broken record but its true." he said to her gently while holding her hand in his as he said that.

Shani chuckled and nodded, going to college in America had been a shock to her system with some things. Maybe it was the fact by the time she had made it to America she had two years in the army under her belt but sometimes she wondered how she ever managed to get on at time but then Jason happened and things changed. “Where I came from, faith is the only thing that can get you through some days. It is easy to be that way for me, but I’m glad to have met someone with the same strength.” She said with a smile.

Shani finished her food as Jason left to dispose of his. She piled her things neatly as she got ready clear her things up when he took her hand again. “”You would never be a broken record Jason, just my broken record.” She teased smiling back at him. “I wouldnt want to be any other way, you’re strong in your faith as well and you were brave enough to ask me out too. Given what has happened since, I’ve very glad that you did or we could be very different people.” She said not wanting to think about what might have happened if things hadn’t gone the way they had.

Jason looked at Shani when she said that, knowing that she was teasing him. "I love being your broken record." he replied before kissing her. After doing so, he gently pulled her up from her chair as he stood at the same time. Jason looked into Shani's eyes while standing there with her and holding her hand in his. He smiled a bit, then leaned in and kissed her. After doing so, he lead her out of the food court and back to the museum.

"What would the lady like to see next?" Jason asked while walking with her, glancing over as he said that to her. True this day was more for him, but he wanted Shani to have a good time as well.

Shani chuckled lightly, and replied after he kissed her. “It’s good you love it, because I do too.” She said feeling like she was walking on cloud nine as he pulled her up from her chair. He was always the perfect gentleman she thought as he kissed her again. She could have been anywhere and all that would have mattered to her was him in that moment. His kisses could chase away a bad day or make a great day fantastic as she followed him out of the food court and back into the museum.

When he asked her what she would like to see next Shani thought for a moment. “How about the Egyptian exhibit if they have it?” She asked smiling, the day was for him and she simply wanted to know that he was enjoying it. “The pyramids, artefacts and they showed the first Mummy movie at work and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. Zombie Imhotep not so much but the rest of it was great.” She explained with a smile, the mummy franchise was one of her favourites though she had never shown it to the children because they were too young and even for her Imhotep could give her nightmares depending on the day.

Jason nodded, then lead Shani over to the Egyptian exhibit, hearing Shani's comments at the same time. "Don't worry: if Imhotep wants you he will have to step over my dead body first." he said while leading Shani into the exhibit. He knew how much she loved the mummy movies, but like her would never show them to the kids yet. After leading her in, Jason lead her around.

Jason found all of this interesting. Ever since he joined the army and got to travel around the world, he made it a point to learn about other cultures. He had become something of a self taught expert, though that didn't stop him from learning.

Shani followed him over to the Egyptian exhibit as she smiled and shook her head. “Thank you, good to know that Imhotep doesn’t stand a chance.” She said with a smile as she hugged his arm appreciatively. “And the same goes for you too, if Anck-Su-Namun came calling for you. It would be my dead body she would step over.” Shani was protective when it came to family and for Jason she would do anything. Even if it mean giving up her own life for his it was worth it in her eyes.

He knew a lot about other cultures and it was always nice to talk about them and find out new things. It was why she loved going with him to the museums, yes she got to spend time with him but she also got to learn about things she had no idea about. Her biggest adventure was travelling to America though her years in the IDF, she had travelled a little but nowhere near what Jason had done.

Shani pointed to one of the plastic models that modelled some of the clothing from the era. She took a step back from Jason as she eyed him and then the plastic model before smiling cheekily. “I think you’d look so much better than the plastic guy modelling the shendyt and The Nemes. Maybe I can speak to the curator and ask if it can be arranged? Then you can be my Prince of Egypt.” She teased though she was serious about him looking better modelling it and being her prince as she smiled sweetly toward him.

Jason looked over when Shani said that, knowing how protective she was of him and the kids. Hearing her comment about him modeling the shendyt made him smile a little while seeing the cheeky grin on Shani's face. "I will wear it...if you change into a kalasiris." he said to her in reply, keeping a straight face as he said that to her while holding her hand in his as he said that.

After saying that, Jason leaned in and kissed Shani on her cheek, then behind her ear. "At the risk of getting in trouble you would have made a beautiful Egyptian woman." he said to her gently after kissing her.

Shani smirked and raised her brow. She was amazed at his straight face as it took her a moment to recover from the blush that took over her face for a moment. She felt his kiss on her cheek and then behind her ear as she squeezed his hand lightly. “Oh you can get me into any trouble any time and thank you, you would have made a very handsome Egyptian man. But I do love the Irish.” She said with a smile.

“How did you know I was going to wear that tonight?” She teased as she tutted at him lightly. Shani leaned closer to him as she whispered in his ear. “Have you been raiding my wardrobe again Mr McGuire?” With that said she planted a kiss on his cheek and then his neck before she pretended to amuse herself with some reading material on the wall.

Jason smiled when Shani said that to him, kissing her again when she made her comment about the Irish. "I know you do" he whispered after kissing her. He listened to the comments that she made to him about what she would wear tonight, and if he had been looking into her wardrobe, smiling a little in reply. "Maybe" he replied while looking at her a she read what was on the wall.

Jason walked over and wrapped his arms around Shani as he stood behind her. "I love you so much." he said while holding her in his arms. "We should have some time alone after the kids are asleep tonight." he added before kissing her.

When he kissed her she felt as if she was ten feel tall. She felt her smile so easily creep onto her face when he spoke, “Just thought I’d let you know. You never know when you might meet an Irish man.” Shani had hers and she would never swap him for anyone else, he was the one person in the world she trusted entirely and he made it so easy to do so. Shani raised her brow as she tried not to laugh when he said ‘maybe’. “I know I was missing a few things. I’ll have to check yours now.” She stated with a smile as she nudged him lightly.

Shani placed her hands over his after he wrapped his arms around her. She leaned back against him lightly as he spoke. “I love you too, more than the stars and the moon and back.” She said though much like a few things when it came to sayings she was never entirely sure she had them right. “We should, alone time sounds good to me.” Shani said smiling as she could hardly keep the smile from her face, she held only to his arms for a moment as she turned her head to look at him for a moment before she kissed him.

“What do you think about another baby?” She asked quietly having never really danced around the houses for things. Much like her honestly she came out and said things no matter what, it was her way to be honest about things and it was a question that had circled in her head though waiting for an appropriate time. It never really worked that way with her, she was just being herself and asking a question regardless of the venue.

Jason looked at Shani when she asked about another baby. "I would love that....Connor and Phoebe are old enough." he said to her honestly while holding her hand. Jason always wanted a large family. Being Irish, family was something that he was all about. "It wouldn't be to much to talk with Connor and Phoebe." he added gently while standing there and looking at Shani. It was clear that he was open to the idea of expanding their family to another kid.

"Remember that outfit you wore when we conceived Phoebe?" Jason whispered into Shani's ear. As he did that, he thought back to that night and smiled a little, remembering how she looked in it. In the back of his mind, Jason hoped she still had it.

Shani relaxed some when she heard him say he would love that. He was right that Connor and Phoebe were old enough to know and deal with a new baby. She smiled when he held her hand, family to her was important and after she had lost her sister she felt like she had lost her only friend. There were only three of them, her and her two parents which meant that there was no one to share things with apart from them. It was why she wanted a large family too, that way everyone had someone if the worst was to happen.

Shani smiled and nodded when he spoke about talking with Connor and Phoebe. “I’d like that, we could maybe talk to them today or this week if you would like?” She asked glad that he wanted the same as her though even if he had said no then she would have gone along with him on it. “Oh I remember it, I remember the way looked at me in it too.” She said smiling as she leaned toward him to kiss him passionately before she pulled away and brushed her lips past his ear. “I still have it if you wanted to try that one out tonight?” She offered pulling back a little as she smiled sweetly at him.

Jason smiled when Shani said that and smiled at him. "I do" he replied honestly while watching her. "Who am I to say no to intimate time with my charming wife?" he asked as he held her hands in his. It was clear that he was looking forward to having alone time with her after getting the kids to bed. Jason kissed her again after saying that, then lead her around the exhibit more before leading her out.

While walking out with her, Jason leaned over and kissed Shani behind the ear. "Your eyes shine brighter then the stars." he said to her in Hebrew after kissing her, his hand still around her's as he said that. Jason was the kind of man who went out of his way to show his wife that he loved her, be it leaving a gift for her every now and then to saying things like the words he just spoke.
