"I'm ready" Jason called out when Sgt. Voight asked. Ice was as well, a lazer focus in his eyes that he always had before going into a building. Jason had his gun at the ready in case he would need to use it when they went in. While waiting for the signal, Jason crossed himself and recited the Hail Mary. It was something he prayed regulary and it helped him relax and focus. Crossing himself after saying the Hail Mary twice, Jason looked back to the rest of the group, he was ready to go in and arrest Sean and put him where he belongs.
Back inside, Sean was going over what loot he had in the building. A look of arrigance came over his face at the same time, confidant that he would get away again. He didn't know what was about to happen to him soon as he coundted the money that he was standing in front of. *Another good haul* he said to himself as he stood there and finished counting the bills that were in front of him.

Hank nodded as Jason said he was ready, he waited a moment before he reached out and turned the handle on the door. The last thing he wanted to do was kick it down and lose the element of surprise even if an opening door didn’t exactly scream that you were home alone. Throwing the door open Hank stepped to the side to let everyone else through first. If anything this bust was Jason’s he had provided the information on the guy and he had found out where the guy was going to be. For a cop in Voight’s eyes he was one of a rare breed of good ones and from what he could see of Ice, he was good too. --------- With Voight opening the door Tess stuck to his hip which meant that she let Jason and Lindsay in first. Well this was the moment of truth for if this Sean would go down easily but then with four cops on this tail there really was no other way. Either fight which she was sure he would most likely lose or go peacefully and give them the information they needed. Tess could feel her hands tighten around the grip of her gun, busting into a criminals lair was no time to go gun shy she thought to herself.

Jason and Ice when in when the door was opened. Ice followed him, not barking unless he was told to by Jason. Jason knew not to give away the fact they were coming. At the same time, he heard Sean in the back, talking to himself. Jason stayed focused, knowing that Sean didn't know how close he was to getting the surprise of a life time. Ice kept his head low to the ground, as if he was sniffing Sean out. He was just as focused as Jason and ready to pounce when given the signal. Jason would not hesitate to give him the order to bite Sean if it came to it, having the feeling that he would have to.
Meanwhile, Sean was still talking to himself, bragging about how he pulled another hiest. He didn't know who had entered the warehouse and who was looking for him at this time. He walked across the open area he was in to an open box, looking in when he stopped in front of it. A grin of smug delight came to his face at the same time. He was confidant that he was in the clear, unaware of what was about to happen.

Hank was moving a little behind Jason as he heard the voice of a man talking to himself. It must have been Sean who was blissfully unaware that there were four armed cops about to take him down for a crime he had committed. If only all criminals could be so unaware he thought though it was always the startled ones who made the really strange choices. He had seen a few take downs where people with no way out would try and grab for a weapon of some kind and that usually had deadly consequences. That in this case he hoped didn’t happen as they needed the guy alive to question.
It was in that thought he felt Tess’s hand on his shoulder; he glanced back seeing the detective check an empty room quietly. She had some sense in how to do her job he thought as she tapped his shoulder and they moved further on following Jason, Ice and Officer Lindsay. Oh it would be a good day getting to the bottom of this case he thought silently trying to work out if Sean would go peacefully or put up a fight of some sort.

Jason wanted to catch Sean as well, but knew that if he resisted or fired on them they would have no choice but to shoot back. Just as Jason and Ice got into position, one of the other patrol officers with them hit a small coffee can by accident. The can fell onto the floor with a loud clatter, getting Sean's attention. Jason looked over, then back to Sean, only to see him run. "POLICE, SEAN, FREEZE!" he shouted out before speaking in German. At that moment, Ice bolted like he was shot out of a cannon. Jason followed Ice at the same time.
Sean bolted out the back and down the block, bypassing his car. He wasn't about to get caught, but the fact that he passed up his car sealed his fate. Ice, despite his size, managed to keep up with Sean. He had that lazier focus and determination to take Sean down, which happened moments later. Jason watched as the massive dog leaped up and tackled Sean, clamping down on his arm at the same time. "GET OFF,GET HIM OFF ME!" Sean screamed out, but Ice didn't let go, that was until Jason gave him the command to.

Hank visibly winced as one of the other patrol officers hit the small coffee can. They might as well have rolled up with the blues and twos blaring he thought which was only confirmed when the can fell with a much louder clatter to the floor. Honestly it was like a heard of elephants going through, if Sean didn’t hear that then there was something wrong. Hank followed with a bellow of police, not that he was too bothered about Sean hearing it as he was sure Jason’s shout had the mans attention. It was almost a ballet he was watching when Ice shot off after Sean, followed by Hank and the rest of them. ---------------- Why did they always have to run she almost asked as she set off after the rest of them, she wasn’t the fastest cop in the district but she was fast enough to only be a few seconds behind the rest. She could hear Sean’s screams to get the dog off him but Tess felt it might have been better that they simply let Ice chew on the guys arm a while considering why they were after him. It was in that thought that she saw Ice let go at Jason’s command. She couldn’t hide the smile on her face as she watched it, “Great partner you have there.” She said motioning toward Ice. ------------ Hank meanwhile kept his gun trained on Sean as he glanced toward Jason. “This arrest is all yours.” He said to Jason. “You deserve it.” It was a rather gleeful moment when any criminal was caught but although it was far from over it was nice that there was one less criminal out there counting his loot.

Jason nodded a bit when Tess said that to him. "Thank you" he said in a humble tone before looking over to Sgt. Voight. Hearing him say that, he nodded again, then picked Sean up and handcuffed him while reciting the Miranda warning to him at the same time. As Jason did that, Sean kept his eyes on Ice, who still had that look in his eyes that said "Try and run again." Jason took Sean over to the car after speaking to him and put him in the back. Ice stayed with Tess and Voight before Jason called him over.
Ice looked over to his handler, then got up and walked over, still in work mode. Once at the car, Jason got him in the back, speaking in German to the massive dog. Ice turned and looked at Sean, the same intense look in his eyes as from before. Sean noticed it when he looked over while sitting there. He knew that it would be unwise to try anything stupid at this moment or at any other time.

Tess was still amazed by the dog, it was nice to work in a team with a working dog. She had been used to a few when she was in the army and given her role, it was more often than not best friends with a few of them. It reminded her of days and years past where she would be out on patrol with a handler and the dog who was treated just like a human. Most of the time the dog got its own space at the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course had its own care packages sometimes or at least part of theirs. ------------- “Good work Officer McGuire, if you ever feel like moving around the CPD then give me a call first.” He said impressed by the mans work so far, you never really knew when a space would be available in Intelligence but Jason was now at the top of his list. “So do you want to join the us with the interrogation?” He offered knowing it wasn’t exactly usual but then again three cops against one suspect at had to work in their favour he thought to himself. That and the fact that Ice didn’t seem to stop working as he could see the look between Sean and Ice which was amusing.

"I will keep that in mind, sir." Jason said in reply as he stood there. He nearly did a double take when asked if he wanted to be there for the interrogation. "Yes, I will be there" he added in reply before getting into the front seat of the car and starting it up. He pulled out and drove Sean back to the station, getting him inside with Ice in tow. Inside, Sgt. Platt saw them from where she stood. Jason looked over to her as he made his way to the interrogation room after telling Ice, in German, to wait for him there. Sgt. Platt didn't say anything as she looked at the massive dog.
Jason had a feeling that she wasn't a dog person given the way she never really gave him grief when Ice was around. He noticed that Platt had this look on her face like she wasn't sure if Ice was going to jump over the desk and tackle her. Ice looked over to Sgt. Platt as he sat off to the side of the main door to the station. The massive dog scanned the area as he sat there, looking at everyone who was in the building. Everyone else seemed to notice the massive dog and made sure not to try anything dumb around him. He stayed there until he was called by Jason, at which point Ice got up and went up the stairs to where Jason and Sean were. Jason got Sean into the interrogation room while Ice waited outside.

Hank nodded as Jason said he would be there, he hoped he would besides you never quite knew what a suspect might say when faced with three cops. That and the fact that Jason already had prior dealings with the guy so that was an added bonus to have on their side. Not that a few hours in the cage would give Sean enough reason to speak and speak loudly but it was best to do this the legal way for at least the DA sake. He wasn’t always the best with proper procedure, if someone was guilty and everyone knew it he hated seeing them walk so bending the rules was almost a certainty.
Voight motioned for Tess to go back to the car with him and despite their earlier argument she still stuck to him and went back to the car when asked. He still wasn’t too sure about her but then again she was relatively unknown to him. It didn’t take long to drive back as he waved to Sgt Platt who looked as if she was waiting for something bad to happen. The woman was one of the toughest he knew but there were some things that frightened her though he couldn’t guess what it was this time.
Tess moved with Voight who seemed to want blood as they headed toward the interrogation room. She patted Ice on the way past not wanting to put him off his work as Voight just opened to door and saw Jason and Sean. “So the next sixty seconds are yours to tell me all about today.” Voight said looking directly at Sean as he handed Jason, Sean’s file. “Any questions just ask away officer.” He said glancing toward Jason as he noticed that Tess stood off to the side of the room as she leaned against the wall.

Jason nodded in reply when Sgt. Voight said that to him while holding the file. Sean looked at Voight when he told him that. "Why should I talk to you?" Sean said defiantly, a remark that made Jason look at him with a 'you really that dumb?' look on his face. Sean looked over to Jason and saw the look in his eyes before looking back to Sgt. Voight. "Care to explain why you robbed a woman's clothing store?" Jason asked after seeing the charge in Sean's file. In a way though, the question was directed to Sgt. Voight. Jason didn't know about that arrest and was, in a way, keen to know the story behind that one.
Outside, Ice stood guard at the door to the room. Some of the other officers in the intel unit saw him when they walked by. Each was puzzled when they saw one of the CPD German Shepherds outside the interrogation room, but given who they worked for didn't give it a second thought. Ice looked at those who past him, but didn't bark or move from where he stood. He wouldn't until Jason gave him the command to.

Voight grinned as Jason asked about the woman’s clothing store robbery. Well there were two versions of that arrest, the truth and the office gossip and rumour mill that hooked onto it and soon had a tale spun from it far too insane to be truth. “Well the office rumour is that he likes woman’s clothes.” Voight stated in an effort to annoy Sean into saying something that was either incriminating or just to say something more than why should I talk to you. “Then again I think the simple fact was that he was caught because he isn’t a very good robber. I mean women’s clothes, it’s a bit difficult as a guy to try and escape because at the time I think you had mentioned you didn’t have a significant other so why the clothes?”
Voight was sure they would be sold on but still it was an interesting arrest. He would have thought a shoe store or a bank or something a little less obvious but when a guy tries to rob a woman’s clothes store. The guy running with the clothes was always guilty.
Tess simply stood and watching what was going on, she was still learning about interrogations as it wasn’t something she had done a lot of in her time. She had a slight tendency to believe people and if the story was right she was liable to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Jason smirked bit when Voight said that as Sean squirmed in his chair. "Getting into cross dressing now Sean?" Jason asked out of the blue, unnerving Sean even more. ""I'm not into that, only robbery and tying people up!" Sean snapped at them. Jason was unfazed when Sean did that. "Oh really?" he asked dryly while watching him. Sean looked at Jason when he said that. "Yea really.....and to pay off my debts to Sal." he replied before realizing he shouldn't have said that name. Jason noticed it as he stood there.
"Who's Sal?" he asked point blank as he closed the file he had in his hands. Outside, Ice looked over when he heard someone coming, seeing that it was another officer. Ice kept his eyes on the officer as he stood outside the room. The officer saw Ice as he walked by, showing him the respect that a dog like Ice deserved to have.

Tess couldn’t help but chuckle as Jason spoke, she couldn’t really imagine Sean in women’s clothes but then again it didn’t mean it could happen. Then as if she was witnessing a master class in interrogations Sean spilled that he was into tying people up? Yeah that was a lot worse than dressing in women’s clothes she thought as she tried to keep a straight face.
Voight was yet again impressed by Jason as Sean practically dropped himself in it. Well that certainly explained all about the girls being tied up he thought which he wasn’t sure was a good or a bad thing but given that there hadn’t been anything worse happen then he was sure that the girls had been very lucky. Hank could see that Sean didn’t mean to say the name Sal, still it was a lead and you could really work wonders with a name these days.
“So Sal must by who he dresses up in those clothes for.” Voight said raising his brow toward Jason, well if it rattled him once it might do it again. “I mean I’ve seen a lot but this guy, tying people up, women’s clothes and robbery... well he’ll have a lot of fun in prison.” He said knowing exactly what happened to people behind the gates and walls of a prison cell.

Jason nodded a bit, "That he will" he quipped as Sean shifted again in his chair. Jason looked back into the file, seeing the name Sal under known contacts. "Well, well.....looks like Sean here is in deep with one Sal Williamson, Chicago's most well known bookie. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't he once beat a guy with a baseball bat outside a flower shop over an unpaid debt?" he said off the cuff. Sen squirmed even more. "You can't let him know I'm here." Sean replied, clearly coming off the rails. "Tell us where your friends from the robbery are and maybe you stand a chance of Sal not finding out." Jason told him before backing off.
Jason had to remind himself that he was just a patrol officer and that Voight had more experience in this area then he did. Sean watched Jason when he said that while sitting there. Jason watched him while standing along the wall, noticing that Sean was mentally weighing what few options he had left.
