Steven gave the fed a smirk as Kelle mentioned pizza or Mac and cheese. Well anything that meant he could at least relax and not feel like he had a great big cloud of appropriate and cutlery use running through his head when he ate. Still the Fed just would not shut up as he seriously considered sedating the guy with something just to get some peace though Kelle had him chuckling a little as she mentioned driving. Well people wanted moved between A and B fast so that was what he did, other road users just needed to know the rules.
Blues and twos meant move in his world. “You heard the lady, it’s fast and furious on the streets.” He stated though if it ever turned out like that he would be the first in line for a new job. There was no chance he would drive a car out of a plane and hope for the best. He heard about the MacDonald’s and nodded, “mmm love it.” He said sure he was making himself hungry the more the thought about food. “See the lady knows her food and knows what’s good.” So MacDonald’s wasn’t exactly filled with nutrition but it was food that was fast.
A five course meal would be nice but it was one thing to cook on shift but it was entirely another to get time to eat it. When the agent started to complain about driving again he rolled his eyes, “So much for feds being the brave ones.” He said smirking, so teasing the guy was fun besides it seemed to be friendly all around. “Just watch your hands and eyes and you’ll get to the hospital.” He warned for a moment with a smile that was debatable if he meant it or not. “Hey you get plenty of peace and rest when I’m not sleeping. I’m Mr. happy remember?” He joked grinning toward Kelle. So he knew he was not the easiest person to work with but then again she had lasted this far working with him.
“Well buckle up because I want to get my happy meal toy before they close.” He said with a smirk as he jumped into the driver’s seat as he waited for the go ahead by Kelle. The last thing he needed was to take off and see the Fed falling out the back of the ambulance, it would be funny but he complained enough after being shot he didn’t want to add to the injuries unless it involved shutting the guy up.
