Kelle had had enough, and she particularly hated being called out to what someone had decided was a dire emergency, being presented patients that honestly did need to go in and be at very least checked over more thoroughly than they could do, then being told to Pinocchio off and get lost! Heck, if they didn't want them there, didn't intend to listen to what they were advising, why call them out in the first place.
"Well, gonna need some signatures if we don't transport," she finally declared, speaking to both patients, "release of liability so we're not held responsible when you keel over dead." They were adults and could make their own decisions, and she and Steven could only badger them so much.
Of course, Allison was in custody, so technically it wasn't her choice, but at this point Kelle almost hoped that someone of the cops decided to transport her...she didn't need the attitude, and really wasn't looking forward to sitting with the harridan for the trip to the hospital. That was another thing to add to her list of hates...people who treated her like crap for no reason when all she was doing was her job...

P-P-P Poker Face ❥
Sharon ignored Thomas as she heard him spouting back. Clearly he didn't understand Undercover when he saw it... Then she heard her dad speak that she was going to the hospital. The woman didn't feel like being cuffed to a hospital bed just for appearance sake. She had a feeling that protective detail would be standing outside her door.
Her dad yelling at her that she was going to the hospital. It was hard to keep the disappointed look out of her face so she just closed her eyes. If the wrong person saw it then she was in trouble. Silence though the sarcasm that floated in her head would have been heard if she could have spoken her mind to her dad. Sharon heard Debra talking to Hank and sighed. Great the two were going to go at it. "There is already another ambulance here. You really think I would take chances on the lives of any officer or agent?" The seriousness laced in sarcasm was easily detected by the linguistics officer. Debra came over towards Kelle and Jackson for a moment.
Hearing Kelle's tones gave Sharon a pissed off attitude and being that she was nearly off her medication she thought about snapping. Deep breathes Sharon. Deep breathes. No she couldn't blow the operation. Though Debra spoke again. "Hudson and Lindsay you take my agent. The other ambulance can take your suspect" she offered as a way of difussing the girls who were clearly going to have at each other's throats.
The other medics came to take over for Kelle and take 'Allison' to the hospital. She wanted Hank to know that she was still looking out for Sharon too. Sharon avoided looking at her dad. She knew that some of her true emotions would show through and right now she felt so confused and out of the loop on the situation.

Thomas chose to glare at Steven again, honestly this guy was really pushing the right buttons today he thought. It wasn’t like he had been shot although that was still to be debated because if Debra gave him a second weapon the first person he felt like shooting was Steven. “It’s not like you got yourself shot by someone pal.” He grumbled as he suddenly felt like a child that had received a telling off for arguing a point. Wasted it was but still she shot him, he did nothing and that was what he was sticking to unless Debra needed anything amended.
It was Kelle who had the words that struck him, liability before they keel over dead well like hell that was happening to Sharon and not him. He hurt yes but he wasn’t exactly sure he’d bleed out enough to die or at least he hoped not. He wasn’t a doctor so he didnt know but he was more annoyed at that moment as he tried to figure out what the boss wanted him to do. Thomas felt like arguing to at least get away from this Steven character that was seriously annoying him though he thought better of it.
“Will Allison be alright?” He asked Debra deciding that he could have done things a little different but time was a factor and he hadn’t counted on her being armed. “I mean to stand trial for what she did?” He added deciding it was probably better to add that part before he made more of a mess than this already was.
----------- Hank didnt quite know what to do with himself. He knew he could do undercover work but this was Sharon and it took everything he had to simply act as if she was any other cop although any other cop he would have screamed at for doing what she had done. “No one’s dying here, besides the Fed looks fine to me.” He said knowing that he probably wasn’t but then again was there ever a better time to focus on something else other than what had happened. He saw Sharon close her eyes as he regretted yelling but then for that moment she was someone else as hard as that was.
“I don’t know because I’m not a fed, I know I would and I’m guessing since you asked you would do either.” He said trying to at least apologise in the way he knew how. That way was mostly not doing but he knew he would later when things were not so public or at least send her a bottle of something because all he wanted to do was know that Sharon was okay and safe. It had been a simple thing a few hours ago but now it was far more complicated than he ever could have imagined.
As Debra spoke to the medics Hank nodded, he knew she was still trying to look out for Sharon. He might have managed to say sorry had it not been for the fact that it would have been strange as he offered her an apologetic look. “I’ll see if I can get a written confession on the way. Probably better to split them up. Thanks for that.” He offered not sure if a confession would help but then it got the paperwork started for Allison to disappear within the system and Sharon to be free of everything she had been running from. He waited to follow Sharon and the medics as he glanced over at the others.

You always had to get one person who refused treatment he thought. The headache that it caused was unbelievable but he simply hated to see them back in an ER a few hours later with a worsening condition that could have been fixed at the time. It was the pal comment that had him packing up the bag he had brought, “Fine pal, you’re on your own. Just sign like the lady said.” He snapped deciding that he had enough of the FBI attitude and he felt he completely understood why Allison shot the guy.
The FBI and CPD just carried on their argument as he rolled his eyes and peeled off his gloves as he shoved them into a plastic bag for disposal. Then came the worst news, Agent Oxford told them to take the ungrateful FBI Agent. Yes like that was about to go well he thought silently as he shot a look that said as much to Kelle. He pulled a fresh set of gloves out of his bag as he muttered under his breath. “Kelle, I’m driving.” He said deciding that he really did not have the patience to deal with Thomas.
To his surprised Thomas seemed genuinely concerned about Allison before he found the real reason. Just to close a case and get a conviction he thought with a roll of his eyes deciding to stay quiet. After all it was another crews job to sort out Allison and fight it out amongst the lettered agencies. He could already see the paperwork that would come with this trip alone but that was later and now they had someone to deliver to the hospital to at least just get the guy out of their ambulance. “You okay with this Kelle?” He asked not even looking toward Thomas before he shot the guy a glare. “Want to walk or need rolled?” He asked a little testily.

“Kelle, I’m driving.”
"Thanks for throwing me under the bus, partner," she whispered back, giving him a playful smirk. At least she was only fed up with the woman right now, and hopefully the man would be a gentleman, so she didn't have to smack him with the computer!
“You okay with this Kelle?” He asked not even looking toward Thomas before he shot the guy a glare. “Want to walk or need rolled?” He asked a little testily.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Kelle nodded, glancing at the wounded agent, figuring he wasn't the sort to readily climb onto the gurney and play victim, and even though it was protocol she and Steven would cut him some 'professional' slack.
"So, come on, sooner we get you loaded up the sooner we can get you to the hospital..." Where he would be on his own to walk out if he wanted to! "At least let them give you some antibiotics so you don't get an infection...I mean, kinda silly to survive getting shot then die slowly from blood poisoning."
She smiled at the agent, hoping he'd be sociable, then glanced at Steven and mouthed, 'You owe me!'

SSA DEBRA OXFORD
Debra looked towards Hank. She was not a medic and couldn't actually make the decision about Sharon's health. "She is in good hands Sergeant" she decided it was best to point that out to try and ease his mind. There was no point in upsetting Voight anymore than she had to do. Though she noticed that her own fed was also concerned as much as he was trying to hide it. "She saved you life too ya know Jackson" She still didn't know what had caused Sharon to shoot at anything. The woman knew as well as Hank did that Sharon had a very hard time shooting people. "I am going to let the CPD handle it with their own IA department first Jackson. Will see what happens" she offered.
Sharon groaned. IA was worse than facing Debra. When she heard her dad talk about a confession she just scoffed. HA! WRONG! There was no way that Sharon was confessing to anything. Well Allison had to have a 'record' but she knew it wasn't attached to her. Taking a deep breathe she tried to refocus her energy as they loaded her into a second ambulance.

All Hank could do was smile slightly and nod toward Debra. Good hands, they had to be the best hands for his daughter he thought silently. The fact that he had to act as if she was any other suspect, any other person but family hurt but he knew why and he couldnt put her own safety at risk simply because he was struggling with a situation. Hank tried not to glare at Thomas but he smirked as he coughed out a slight laugh at what Debra said. Had the situation been different Hank would have shot the guy again for doing whatever he did to upset Sharon but she had saved his life. He was about to come up with some stick it comment but felt it wasn’t exactly the right time to throw the stone. As if his day could get worse the thought of IA getting involved was going to be a nightmare as he hardly had the best relationship with that department. They were witch hunters and nothing more but it didnt change the fact they had it out for him. Hank followed Sharon into the ambulance as the doors were closed. How did things change so much that she ended up in the back of an ambulance he wondered. (Okay, Hank is official out of Rock The Boat.) -------------------- Pal? Oh if the day had just begun and his boss wasn’t there then Steven he was sure would have found himself with a bullet wound. “I’ll sign whatever.” He snapped back equally as harsh though he knew he was only trying to do his job. The man had zero in people skills when it came to cops as he wondered how the guy had lived this long given the attitude he was getting. When the mention of being rolled out came up he shook his head. The only way anyone was rolling him was if he was dead and the way things were going, well he was lucky Sharon couldnt shoot too well. “Yeah I’ll walk thanks, only hit the shoulder. Us FBI guys don’t roll anywhere when it’s just minor” He stated as if it was a paper cut. He wasn’t being sarcastic, maybe even for the first time that day but if he could walk he would do out of pride and stubbornness more than anything. Thomas tried to be as impartial as possible though given Debra’s words he doubted he had managed to fool his boss. “Yeah but she shot me too.” He replied giving her a questioning look. She had saved his life because if he had been on that boat then there was no way he would be talking now. He was still trying to figure out why after shooting someone would you try to save them but that didnt matter much to him because she was hurt for her trouble. Thomas had no clue what caused her to shoot him, he barely even said a word to her before that but it happened. “Okay, well IA will do a good job they always do.” He said half wanting to take back what he had said. IA was going to be a constant pain in the butt for everyone involved including Sharon which he was sure she didnt exactly need because there was something wrong to start with. People who cant shoot someone don’t just turn around and do it for no reason. “Agent Oxford, just one request please make sure the woman gets the help she needs.” He asked still trying not to show too much concern but he knew there was something not right about what happened and seeing Sharon get the bad end of IA, well he wasn’t for letting that happen.

Steven chuckled as he jokingly rolled his eyes toward Kelle. “Any time partner.” He said though he would have done anything she had asked. Even if she had thrown up that she was not comfortable with the situation he would have bitten the bullet himself and tried to get the FBI Agent to at least shut it. Maybe he might have sedated him as a way to shut the guy up but then the amount of issues and paper work for that would cause him an even bigger headache.
He smiled toward Kelle when she said she was fine and smirked as she spoke of the agent surviving getting shot but dying slowly. Poetic but sad he thought but if the man’s ego was that big he was about to turn down help then he had no problem with getting the signatures that were required. Steven listened to the exchange between Thomas and Kelle, he felt like adding in it was a shame that the woman missed but then he was hardly the type to wish harm on people. Unless they were being uncooperative idiots like they one they were dealing with.
He smiled back at Kelle as he caught the ‘you owe me’ she mouthed as he nodded. “Beer and a dinner?” He offered if she wanted to or he would take all her paperwork and clean up for the next few weeks. Usually he had more patience with patients but this FBI guy was testing him, for one he was annoying and second just a scratch was a gunshot wound. That was never a scratch but then he seemed to get along better with Kelle than himself so he was happy to let her do her thing. At least that way it saved the agent getting shot again.
“Listen that woman will get help but you’ll be beyond help if we don’t get you to the emergency room.” Steven stated as he glanced toward Kelle with a grin, well this was going to be a fun drive he thought. At least he was in the front of the ambulance as he motioned for them to walk ahead as he picked up the bags.

SSA DEBRA OXFORD
Debra looked towards the two EMTs as she accompanied her agent to the hospital. There was a lot of questions but for now she knew that she needed to stay out of the medics way. This was a train wreck and now she was going to have to explain how there was a woman arrested but who didn't show up in a jail. 'Allison' would be dead on paper once Debra was done with her.
"How is he doing?" Of course she had to ask how her agent was fairing. Though she was probably going to get some stupid witted comment for her troubles. She didn't really wait for a response as she looked to Thomas. "Don't explain yourself to me right now. You need to heal" she stated. Most of the bureau drilled into their agents while they were recovering. That was not Debra.

“Yeah I’ll walk thanks, only hit the shoulder. Us FBI guys don’t roll anywhere when it’s just minor”
"Kinda figured." Kelle nodded, allowing the breech of protocol in the interest of 'professional courtesy', and besides, the man was a big boy, he could speak for himself...and if he collapsed, that was all they'd need to toss his sorry ass on the gurney and strap him down! "Come on..." She fell in beside Thomas, giving Steven a glance, her freckled nose wrinkled up playfully.
“Beer and a dinner?” her partner offered and she nodded.
"You're on," Kelle agreed, giving him a nod, then looking at Thomas. "You want to make an offer, too?" she asked playfully, although she really wasn't expecting an answer. Still, she added to Thomas in a low whisper, "Provided we survive his driving!"
Then Steven spoke up...
“Listen that woman will get help but you’ll be beyond help if we don’t get you to the emergency room.”
"What he said!" Kelle grinned widely. "Remember, if you pass out I get to cut off all your clothes!" She was joking -- sort of!

“Really, well you should also know that we don’t take well to crazy medics.” He said motioning toward Steven as he made a face. Yip, he still hated the man that was for sure as he preferred the company of Kelle. She was much nicer to talk to and didnt have the way of making him feel like shooting her which was a good thing. When she asked about an offer he laughed, “Well i’d take you to a fancy five star restraunt to say thankyou. Ladies choice of course.” He said grinning.
It was no word of a lie he would take her for dinner to say thank you and he hoped that Steven’s idea of a beer and dinner didnt consist of cheap beer and a burger. The woman deserved better for putting up with the guy. “What do you mean survive his driving?” He asked curiously not entirely sure if it was a question he wanted answered or if it was one of those ‘oh no I know what’s happening’ questions.
It was when Kelle mention cutting off all his clothes he gave her a worried look. Maybe he needed to rethink his options as he was sure Steven wasn’t going to cut anything off him as he decided he was going to the ER no matter what now. “Woah, we’ve just met and you really want to see me naked already?” He teased trying not to be too worried about that.
“But I swear I didnt do anything.” He tried to explain to Debra, sounding like a suspect, the amount of times that had been said to him across a table or the words ‘it was a simple miss understanding’. Yeah he wasn’t about to turn into that guy although he pretty much had. “I did nothing wrong, it was going right until...” He stopped there deciding that explain how the crazy one had simply just turned a gun and shot him for trying to save her. Then getting his own butt dragged of the boat that exploded and injured her. Oh whoever he gave a statement to was going to be laughing at the end of it.

Steven rolled his eyes at her, she was getting along with the patient and he was glad because if he had a choice then he would have swapped with the other medics. Insufferable was not a strong enough word to describe the agent they were trying to help and the sooner they had him at the hospital the sooner he became the problem of a poor doctor or nurse. He knew it was hardly the right way to think about things but he had to grin at Kelle as she wrinkled up nose.
He nodded at her acceptance of dinner though it was the agent he now wanted to strangle. “Yeah yeah all talk and no trousers play boy.” He joked still wanting to throttle the agent but then how could he compete with five stars of anything. “Beer and dinner means good edible food that fills you up. Not fifty bucks for a two inch by two inch main course.” He added deciding that dinner would not be a burger place but sure he could go a few stars given that Kelle had lasted longer than most medics did with him. It deserved a toast of some sort he thought as the conversation turned to cutting off clothes.
“Keep your eyes in your head and your hands in your pockets.” He said with a slight hint of warning toward Thomas. So he was being a little protective of Kelle though he decided that could be taken as a good thing or she might see it as bad as he tried to make light of it. “She’s handy with those scissors, just make sure she doesn’t slip and cut something else off.” So a joke wrapped into a warning which was good enough for him he thought as he turned his attention toward the other agent there.
“He’s doing well, just fluid and painkillers and I think he’ll live.” He said to the female agent. “The hospital will get the bullet out and clean up the wound some more but I’d say he’d be back to work in a week or two provided there’s no complications. Maybe not full duty but I’ve seen worse gunshot wounds.” He added sure that Thomas’s injury was minor but probably painful. The shoulder was always a bad place, it would require a healing time and maybe therapy though all in all it was not the worst and it was survivable if the agent followed the doc’s instructions.

“Really, well you should also know that we don’t take well to crazy medics.”
"Ah, well, that explains a lot!" Kelle laughed, although it was no secret that there was a friendly rivalry between Fire, which encompassed the medics, and Police. In fact, at the academy facility that was shared by both disciplines, the practical jokes had been endless, like the time the Fire students had switched license plates on the squad cars in the parking lot, including out-of-state 'guests'!
“Well i’d take you to a fancy five star restraunt to say thankyou. Ladies choice of course.”
"Oh, really? I might hold you to that!" Grinning, she wiggled her eyebrows at him, naming an expensive, high-end steak house. "Hmmm...I'm thinking something like Ruth's Chris?" Of course, as far as she was concerned this was all just banter and she wouldn't hold him to it. Now, Steven on the other hand, that was different! He owed her!
“Yeah yeah all talk and no trousers play boy.” He joked still wanting to throttle the agent but then how could he compete with five stars of anything. “Beer and dinner means good edible food that fills you up. Not fifty bucks for a two inch by two inch main course.”
"Heck, pizza, mac and cheese...I'm not picky!" Heck, a picnic at a park with swings would suit her fine.
“What do you mean survive his driving?”
"Oh, well, haven't you heard about medics' driving?" She laughed. "I heard he pit-maneuvered an old lady once!"
“Woah, we’ve just met and you really want to see me naked already?”
“Keep your eyes in your head and your hands in your pockets.” Steven said with a slight hint of warning toward Thomas. “She’s handy with those scissors, just make sure she doesn’t slip and cut something else off.”
"Nothin' I ain't seen before, Sugar!" Kelle laughed then shrugged. "I said 'only if you pass out', so just stay conscious, all right?" She took on a more serious expression as on of the other cop approached to talk to Steven.
“But I swear I didnt do anything.” He tried to explain to Debra, sounding like a suspect, the amount of times that had been said to him across a table or the words ‘it was a simple miss understanding’. Yeah he wasn’t about to turn into that guy although he pretty much had. “I did nothing wrong, it was going right until...”

Thomas grinned and nodded, “Ruth’s Chris is it for the lady. Just name the day and i’ll be there. With my clothes on.” He stated smirking as then the grumpy medic had to go ruin it. Oh there were so many things he wanted to say to that guy but time wasn’t exactly in his favour. “At least i’m able to play.” He stated although the moment that left his mouth he wasn’t sure if he had managed to throw himself face first into a moment in life where he should have thought first and insulted later.
“Hey you go for dinner with me and you get treated... you do with him.” Thomas said pointing to Steven, “MacDonald’s Drive through.” Not that he had anything against MacDonalds at all, it was a great place and the chips there were amazing but he simply smiled sweetly toward Steven as he listened to Kelle talk about the guys driving. Pit manoeuvred an old lady, well he couldnt put it past the guy because he seemed like an angry kind of person. The sort that would drive like a crazy person.
“Oh hell no, you want me to get in the back of ambulance with Vin Diesel at the wheel?” He asked as he thought about catching a taxi instead. “I’ve heard but never thought you’d actually do that.” He said smirking as Steven warned him off. “Woah hands and eyes are away but hey anyone would think she’d cut yours off the way you’re acting.” He teased as he looked to Kelle. “He always like this?” Though he guessed the man was either nuts or rightly protective over his work partner.
“I’m conscious all the way don’t you worry about that.” He said deciding he wanted to be clothed to get into hospital. There was already an issue with hospital gowns which he refused and despite a hole in his shirt his own clothes were perfectly fine with him. Then when Steven spoke to Debra Thomas looked to Kelle again. “What is his problem? Someone stole his cereal today or did the old lady pit manoeuvre him back?” Thomas had no idea how long the two had worked together or anything about them other than the fact that he felt sorry for Kelle working with grumpy all day.

“Hey you go for dinner with me and you get treated... you do with him.” Thomas said pointing to Steven, “MacDonald’s Drive through.”"Something to be said for McDonalds, though," Kelle gently defended her partner. Sure, she could pick on him, but no one else! "I mean, really, what can top the prize in a Happy Meal!" She gestured to the back of the ambulance, for him to step in, figuring he was going to protest enough to have to go, much the less being stuck on the gurney. "Climb in." “Oh hell no, you want me to get in the back of ambulance with Vin Diesel at the wheel?” He asked as he thought about catching a taxi instead. “I’ve heard but never thought you’d actually do that.”"That's why God created seat belts, right?" She laughed and shook her head. "In!" “Woah hands and eyes are away but hey anyone would think she’d cut yours off the way you’re acting.” He teased as he looked to Kelle. “He always like this?”"When he's not sleeping...then I can get some peace and rest." She laughed, hoping that the cop knew it was all in fun...after all, serious animosity was far more cutting and nasty. “I’m conscious all the way don’t you worry about that.”"Safer that way," Kelle grinned, "and less paperwork." “What is his problem? Someone stole his cereal today or did the old lady pit manoeuvre him back?”Laughing again, she shook her head. The guy had a decent sense of humor anyway. "Well, first, the old lady started it by trying to share his lane without asking...and yeah, kinda. He's a little bitter because I got to keep the toy from the Happy Meals!" She hesitated a moment then asked, "I wonder what kind of toys they have at Ruth's Chris?" Thomas Voight
