 | Victoria was sitting at her desk for the day going over some paperwork. She had only just started leasing an office downtown. Victoria wasn't in the office much but the rest of the company had to... run. Victoria was spending most her time here looking after Evan. Elizabeth was still at the age where she was... tenacious and into things. So Victoria was trying to spend as much time at home as she could when she wasn't at work. "Mrs. Williams your noon appointment is here" came a voice from outside the room. Right, someone was here to see her. That is why she was here today in the first place. A Miss Shepard? She had to quickly check her planner. "Send her in." The former Navy operative waited for the other woman to be taken to her office. |
