Josh is a very dedicated person; once he starts something he will see it though until the bitter end. Much to the annoyance of his superiors, though sometimes this trait isn't a bad one depending of the day. He loves his job and a good day is when everyone can go home in one piece. When he works he has meticulous way of working that some might say is a little OCD. Everything has its place as if something isn’t right he feels like his entire day can go wrong because of it. He gets along with the rest of his colleagues, though confrontations and differences of opinions are inevitable.
Family: Josh doesn’t know who his biological family is as he was given up when he was just a baby. He went through the foster system and has stayed with a few families but nothing stuck until his adoptive father is Sam Flynn.
Friends: Josh has a few friends, he tries to keep them as long as possible but it doesn’t always work out that way. Between jobs, family and life in general he has lost touch with as many friends as he has kept.
Romance: Josh has a fear of losing people so love/partner are things he takes very seriously. He has one ex wife that left him by a dear john letter when he was serving abroad. He dated Emily Hudson, trying to save her from a psychopath but Emily moved away. Josh is plotted with for romance.
Enemies: He’s FBI HRT so he would have a pretty good list between the FBI, special forces and Army CID there would be a few enemies picked up. I’m sure if you wanted to be any enemy of his, we could work something out.
