Officers from 4088 have landed in 2015 after a group of dangerous criminals. Officers Jason Logan and Shannon Hamilton were at a hearing for the sentencing of a dangerous gang when one of the members created a time portal and jumped through to escape their fate. Jason and Shannon quickly followed suit and all have landed in 2015 and have found them cut off from their fellow officers due to the non-existence of the technology that they use and have also found that their usual weapons also don't work. Now they have to track down the gang and blend in with present day Chicago, which is also their past.
