Jackson Martin's Ex Wife.

So this is the wanted ad for JJ’s ex wife, in a nutshell she is crazy. She didn’t start out that way but she is certified crazy on many levels.

Details below: Ashlyn (nee Degrath) Martin, was Jackson’s high school sweetheart. Believe it or not they were once happily in love and planning a life together, the house, the kids, the dog and the white picket fence. Things started to fall apart when JJ chose the Marines for a career though Ashlyn wasn’t impressed but she stuck with him and things carried on.

After five years in the Marines and a long distance relationship with Ashlyn, JJ came home for the quieter life. JJ struggled to readjust but Ashlyn helped him get back to his civilian life. In 2014, Ashlyn and JJ married, a simple family orientated wedding and he thought they were happy. JJ convinced Ashlyn to move to Chicago to be closer to his family and were agreed that it was a good place to start a marriage.

In the first year of marriage things started to fall apart, it went from a high school romance, seven years together, a move to a permanent job at home to Ashlyn admitting to an affair with another man while JJ was away. Apparently ending his military days meant that there was no time for Ashlyn to hide the affair as JJ was in the way of a new romance.

One argument later and Ashlyn had a gun in her hand with the aim of taking care of the problem she had. Kill the husband and go off with the boyfriend. A simply plan had it not been for neighbours that hated noise and called the CPD. JJ ended up almost been shot by his crazy wife because he had ruined her life (her words not his). Needless to say, there was a divorce.

Now here is where the new story starts, at twenty eight years old JJ has been through a lot. Needless to say a lot more has happened since his wife’s jail stint but, she is up for parole due to overcrowding. The story will need to be a slow one, how crazy can be discussed but Ashlyn will get out and maybe the two of them attempt to rekindle their romance of crazy?

Personality wise, I’d say Ashlyn is devious, malicious, dangerous, calculating and can mess with JJ’s head. She wasn’t always that way but I’m sure there can be many reasons for the change in personality, after all JJ was hardly there throughout their brief marriage and romance due to work she wasn’t a fan of.

Is it love, lust or just a car crash waiting to happen all over again? Plots can be talked about but thinking there’s nothing like an Ex to throw a spanner into the works of a settled life. They might end up together given the right set of circumstances or can just be the car crash and head off in their separate ways.

The face claim suggested for Ashlyn is Skyler Samuels but it can be changed.
