Police Information:
The reason for the collapse is: The building materials were substandard.
Building Firm to be investigated: Kaye’s Construction
The police have a file on the firm for using substandard materials but have never been able to prove their case.
Evidence to be found: Lab report saying the concrete was the wrong mixture; the steel rebar was substandard grade, electrical fire occurred which caused a small explosion weakening one of the supports for the underground garage.
Interrogation: Please add your name to the list if you are a cop and want to do the following interrogations stating.
Kaye’s Construction CEO – Jerome Brock
Is the person who bought the substandard materials to cut costs for his company. Was assured by Site foreman that the work would hold up and they did not need to spend the millions and for a kick back he would get him a deal on the materials.
Hospital Site Foreman – Colin Heller
Put the CEO in touch with a supplier for the substandard building materials for a kick back of the profits. Has no family but has tried this ploy with his previous employers for which he was sacked from his last few jobs.
Cordell Walker is heading up the police investigation.
The above two characters are available to be adopted for a short time for the above threads/case. Both characters will end up in jail. Anyone wanting to play them please PM Chicago Nights with the name of the person you would like to take. First there, first served.
Hospital Staff Information:
So anyone with medical training is required here. Patients will need to be treated and any more drama that can be brought is always welcome.
General Injuries are as follows:
Broken bones, concussions, crush injuries, head wounds etc.
The main hospital hasn’t been affected by the collapse other than the electric keeps going out. So just watched out for that.
Fire-fighters Information:
Well calling all fire-fighters. As you can guess for people to be treated in the E.R they will needed to be rescued first. Below are a list of people who are missing and it is up to the fire hero’s of Chicago to find them all.
As stated the disaster is a building collapse so I don’t think it will be as simple as a take my hand situation.
Equipment needed would probably be along the lines of cutting concrete, steel bars, wood while tackling any fires that might have broken out. Helping civilians, police and hospital staff as much as you can. The fire-fighters dance card is probably the most full.
Also if you want, any fire-fighter can go missing on the job. If you would like to play something like that out, reply to this thread.
