Sullivan values friendships and is the type who will always enjoy and make the most out of every friendship whether they last for a days or for many years.
He is easy to approach and with years of wisdom and experience under his belt he often takes the role of mentor or father figure, especially to those under his command. But in the office being the leader has to come before being a friend.

Happily married with kids and grandchildren Sullivan's courting days are long behind him. Though he does work to keep the romance alive and still takes time out to spend evenings out with his wife and have some alone time with her.

Sullivan is not a fan of conflict and always seeks resolution whenever possible, but he has inevitably made a few enemies over the years on his way to making lieutenant, be it the criminals he works to bring to justice or the jealous/corrupt peers and superiors he has met along the way.
But his most noteworthy enemy is the criminal who accidentally killed his youngest son many years ago when he attempted to run Sullivan down with a car. The man fled over seas and after all these years Sully is still trying to find a way to bring him to justice.

So Sully muse is waking up again so I'm looking to start a thread and try and get him active again.

I'm thinking maybe something work related/around the office because most of my social threads seem to die, plus I am still getting the feel for this char and how he would act and react.
