Paige was getting really sick of this dance. What did the CPD have against her?? She was in handcuffs. AGAIN. As per the usual she was doing her job. Except no one was telling her what she was being brought in for this time yet. Right... then she remembered the dead CPD officer that has shown up on one of the Solsbury house busts. That could not be seriously what this was all about could it? Well she didn't take the CPD for fools so the sinking feeling in her stomach told her otherwise. Paige looked for Graham. If anything a comment about the handcuffs was coming... she knew this because it never failed. She was just relieved that things were back to normal between the two partners. Well normal for them. Most people wouldn't think it was normal. Her eyes scanned the group of officers to see if she knew anyone. Fat chance, they were arresting feds and they knew exactly what they were going apparently.

Andrew growled menacingly at the officers, escorting them into the precinct. This was absolutely ridiculous in every sense of the word. These men were arresting federal agents—and for what? The only thing he could think of was the dead CPD officer that had shown up on one of their otherwise normal busts, but there would have been no proof of their involvement, because nobody in the house had done this. "You're making a mistake. A big mistake. One you're going to regret making." He looked to his partner. In any other instance, he would have enjoyed seeing her in handcuffs, even made mention of how good she looked in them. The fact that they were both handcuffed certainly made the situation far less appealing. At least they weren't at each other's throats anymore. They'd worked out their issues. They were a united front. These officers could try to divide them, stick them in separate interrogation rooms and question them, but it was a futile plan.

Jamie didn't like this but he had his orders. Bring both Paige Arkin and Andrew Graham in for questioning was something he wasn't happy about doing and didn't want to disrespect either of the agents. "You're making a mistake. A big mistake. One you're going to regret making." Graham was spouting at him, the man's voice angry and threatening. "Maybe," he answered the man as he escorted him out of the DEA Headquarters, "but I'm just following orders." If looks could have killed and under-the-breath, growled cursing could tear a person apart he'd died in a bloody heap on the DEA floor. Now at CPD in the booking area and having already frisked Graham, he placed the agent's wallet onto the counter along with his weapon and anything else Andrew had on his being. The older, black woman who manned the booking counter, had seen this kind of thing too many times until she saw Graham's badge and ID. The name on her uniform top read Sgt. L. Peterson. "We haven't had any DEA officers that I can remember," she smirked. "Enjoy your stay with us. IR #3 is available, Officer Reagan," she said to Jamie with a little smile. "Thanks, Leressie," he nodded as he picked up the card before turning to Graham. @cal @irishtiger Sydney Dumaine

Cal held Paige firmly by the lower arm, she was cuffed and well he'd probably regret it later - but he'd been asked to 'assist in arrests' but a confusing one at that, he followed Jamie as he led Paige out. Once they arrived at booking Cal waited for Jamie to finish so he could book Paige in too - listening to Andrew Cal had to admit - he hoped they were making a mistake and that this was some stupid prank... unlikely though considering. When it came to frisking Cal naturally handed over to a female police officer waiting as he observed - once Paige had been frisked and her personal effects removed Cal placed them all into a bag with gloved hands then once Jamie was finished with Andrew Cal stepped up with Paige. "Another one from DEA unfortunately" Cal added with a smirk, having heard her earlier comment Sydney DumaineDallas Dumaine@jamiereagan @irishtiger

Jason walked in behind he group, his K-9 partner Ice next to him. He heard Cal at the same time and looked over, seeing him hand Paige over to the female officer. While he hoped that this was all a mistake, it wasn't lost on him that it couldn't be. After walking in, Jason and Ice stood close by just in case something happened and they needed to intervene. While standing next to Jason, Ice kept his eyes fixed on Paige. It was clear that Ice was in full work mode as he stood there. He was ready to spring into action in case something happened while Jason filled out his report on the arrest. Sydney Dumaine, Dallas Dumaine,@jamiereagan,@cal,

If arresting DEA Agents was easy Cal would have not bothered with cuffs, but he didn't trust them to be sensible under arrest - well, he didn't always trust them to be sensible. Cal wasn't normally a rough person, he didn't do 'roughing up' as they called it, but he could feel Paige squirm in his grip and he regarded her "Enough" he muttered giving Paige a slight pull on the arm firmly, the female officer stepped up to the desk to fill out a form and Cal glanced over at her "Nothing?" well he wasn't taking his chances. With what he'd heard he knew they needed everything to be squeaky clean just in case it turned out legit. "Definitely nothing" She confirmed and Cal nodded, glancing at Larisse he indicated Paige "Is Interrogation #2 open?" he asked and the woman nodded. Cal pulled Paige firmly "Let's go have a chat" he said smugly "Thanks Larisse" he threw over his shoulder as he led Paige away. Sydney Dumaine , Dallas Dumaine , @jamiereagan , @irishtiger ,

With Andrew Graham firmly handcuffed he followed Borden except he took him to Interrogation Room #3. He could feel the agent's strength as he grasped his arms through his jacket so he knew if Graham decided to resist he'd have his hands full. It of course went without saying that if he did there's be a charge of resisting against him to add onto ... well, whatever charge had on him. Inside the room he had Graham sit in a chair and, loosening the cuff, reattached them to the top of the table then took the seat across from him. Waiting a moment he looked at the agent. "A detective should be in here shortly to interrogate you. I know you know that but let me ask you this question. "What the hell is really going on? None of this makes sense." Dallas Dumaine , Any

Being led down the hall, if Andrew weren't so furious about having been arrested, he might have been freaking about being handcuffed. It didn't actually get any better when Jamie chained him to the table in one of the precinct's interrogation rooms. Only Paige would know how much that bothered him, but his partner had been thrown into a different interrogation room. Andrew would get no sympathy from the cops here. One of their own was dead—and they thought him, and the rest of the house responsible. Andrew couldn't say he wasn't surprised. CPD was generally clueless, but this defined them as oblivious in a whole new light. You didn't just arrest federal agents—and, if you did, you damn sure better be positive you could make those charges stick. Otherwise that was the type of monumental screw-up that could end the careers of more than a couple CPD officers. Any proof these men had must be a set-up; the evidence would come crashing down upon closer examination. Andrew leaned forward with a smirk. Playing dumb qualified under interesting interrogation styles, but if the cop across the table from him wanted to poke and prod to get at the truth, he'd soon find out which of them had superior training. Andrew didn't have to make things easy. He would, quite figuratively, give them the middle finger. The best part? It all happened to be perfectly legal too. "What are you? Some quarter-trained federal reject CPD took pity on? You should know how this works. Remember those pesky little things called rights I got read? I don't talk without my attorney being here. So you, and that detective, can take a nice long hike until that happens. Okay? Thanks. Bye. Unless your plan is to get me released on a technicality, in which case, you're doing a wonderful job and keep up the good work."Sydney Dumaine , @jamiereagan , @cal , @irishtiger

A bit startled, Jamie sat back for a moment trying to understand this man's thinking. Was he hearing this right? Jamie was trying to understand what was going on and this agent was spitting insults at him? Seriously?! "There's only one problem, Graham," he looked closely at the DEA agent, his voice low and ominous. "I AM a lawyer. And your rights are still in tact. I was just trying to help protect you. There are some of the CPD that don't like their fellow officers being murdered. They take it personally. They'd rather take matters into their own hands, if you catch my drift. I don't want that to happen to you. But when I leave there's no way I can promise nothing will happen, and I don't want that on my hands. So either cooperate ... or don't. The choice is yours. So tell me what you know and do it now before it's too late." Laying Andrew's wallet on the table between them he pulled out several pieces if identification and looked it over. Paige didn't carry anything on her person. Of course there was nothing. Paige's cover ran deep, it ran really deep. Deep enough that the news cameras outside had just blown her entire cover. Paige knew that every heavy hitter would be gunning for her. How safe was she really? The CPD had really fudged things up this time. Her Operation. Her responsibility. She failed. It was bad enough her cover was blown but now she was responsible for the entire house going down in flames. Even if they got out of this... their covers were completely ruined. When Cal grabbed her arm of course she fought back. "You do not tell me what to do." Paige was hissing. When she got going... she really got going. She recognized Cal. He'd "arrested" her cover over the summer. Oh the stuff she was in on then was... it wasn't pretty stuff. SVU had stepped on her feet then and they were now. Paige got them into this mess, she was going to get them out of it. "Sex Police? Really? What is this a vendetta because you know I am clean. I'm not talking to you without my lawyer here. I'm sure she will just LOVE to hear all about how the sex police got it all wrong" Paige didn't know who Jason was and she didn't really care honestly. Though she was not an animal person but the dog did not intimidate her. She started tapping her fingers on the table in attempts to be as annoying as humanly possible. Paige could sit here all day; but she knew anything they had was circumstantial. They had been working on that operation for months, their fingerprints were all over the place. Not to mention their covers were on record as witnesses.

all the kids cried out please stop you're scaring me I can't help this awful energy god damn right you should be scared of me who is in control? Jamie and another blonde came walking into the interrogation room. The older looking woman beside her stayed back for the moment. "Reagan. With me" The Lieutenant sounded like she was giving an order. Even her stance said as much. "The feds are taking over this part of the investigation now" After a long heated battle with her sister, the police Lieutenant had been forced to concede due to new developments thanks to the media. While the camera's hadn't been on the DEA agents. The names had been released and now covers were blown and the FBI was doing damage control that was far beyond what CPD was capable of. "Let's talk then I got something for you" she pointed towards the door.

Jamie was shocked when two women came into the IR. One woman with a familiar first name ordered him to follow her so he did.

Andrew pretended to smile pleasantly, but the response he was currently holding back was anything but. If this was some sort of interrogation strategy, he failed to see how it would work. The second he had lawyered up, requesting his attorney, the police were required by law to cooperate, but they should have chosen a sharper tool from the toolshed. Because this guy didn't seem to get it. Or maybe he just needed to go back to complete that law degree he claimed to have. Officer J. Reagan—according to his nametag—couldn't serve as his attorney. It was a conflict of interest. He was a cop.
Of course Reagan didn't stop there, as continued to try to illicit information... illegally. Maybe this would have worked, if he weren't a Drug Enforcement Agent that had been on the other side of the table. By now, Andrew hadn't decided if he wanted to laugh or facepalm. Reagan had actually managed to make everything said in this room inadmissible in court... twice. You couldn't threaten or coerce a confession from a suspect—especially if possible harm were implied.
Andrew sat back in his chair, closing his eyes and doing his best to relax. CPD may have been fine with violating his rights, but he wouldn't be saying anything else. He didn't have to. Maybe they would realize soon enough that he wasn't so easily cowed. When he finally heard the door open, he expected it to be Reagan on his way out. Opening his eyes, he instead got two individuals on their way in, one of them ordering the cop out with her. Apparently the big guns had gotten involved now. This certainly made things more interesting.

"You do not tell me what to do."
Ignoring what she was throwing at him he entered her into the interrogation room and nodding for the recording to begin Cal indicated her to have a seat.
"Before we begin, I’d like to remind you of your rights which were mentioned earlier - You are under arrest for the murder of Officer Thackway. You have the right to remain silent. anything can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed to you. Keeping these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me now?"
"Sex Police? Really? What is this a vendetta because you know I am clean. I'm not talking to you without my lawyer here. I'm sure she will just LOVE to hear all about how the sex police got it all wrong"
Cal glanced at her, oh he knew full well that something was off but he was just doing what he was asked to do, was told not to ask unnecessary questions.
His cellphone buzzed in his pocket and he sighed "Excuse me, I need to take this" he stepped aside and pulling his cellphone out he checked the ID before hitting answer and placing it to his ear "Borden... yes..." he shot a look at Paige "Right, okay understood" Cal hit hang up and regarded Paige before heading to the door "For the record Sergeant Borden, has left the room" Cal exited and after a few minutes he re-entered with two Marshals.
He looked to Paige - reaching for his keys he uncuffed her as he signalled the recording to end.

Really it was Paige's worst fear. Federal Marshals? They didn't come take suspects out of an interrogation for no reason. She hadn't said anything. Her lawyer was supposed to be on the way here. This didn't make any sense. Paige was upset but it didn't show. Someone was going to be feeling her anger later though. Her stress level was running high and so she was starting to feel emotions taking over. NO. She couldn't let her emotions grab a hold of her. It didn't help that she was probably coming down with something. She'd been feeling not herself the last week or so. Whatever plague she had she wanted to kick it and kick it fast. She hesitantly followed the marshals out of the room. Honestly at this point she didn't want to know where they were going.
