It would be the same for any other person that she didn't know. She worried about Jafar and Shaahir as it was the last time she had seen either of the people she trusted most they were covered in blood or fighting for their lives. Right now all Saajida wanted to do was get back home, where she felt safe.

The moment she was picked up she bit her lips in pain. Her side was so sore. There were probably a few bruised ribs and each step Esau took hurt. Try and relax? Who was he kidding? There was no way she could relax. Staying quiet she could do but she wanted to make some statement about him being captain obvious but she was too focused on staying quiet. Saajida had a mouth when she wanted to use it.

Ziva had arranged for medical transportation to be on standby during this extraction. You never knew what the medical backlash would be in things like this. She moved quickly with Shaahir and looked around the corner. Ziva nodded her head in a fashion that indicated that their people were in sight. Approaching the two she looked straight to Esau for further instructions. If it were up to her the others would breach in and extract Saajida to get her medical attention faster.

“Shaahir” Saajida weakly picked up her head before setting it back down too much energy and every move hurt. Despite her bruises, she was trying to reach for Shaahir and she started seething under her teeth again at the pain.

“There is a waiting ambulance just outside.” Ziva told Shaahir in a quiet tone. “They can take you to the chopper if you prefer.” There was no telling what shape Saajida could have been in when they found her, so the FBI wasn't taking any chances when it came to diplomatic relations with a fragile country, but if the chopper had been too close it would have been heard landing.

[attr="class","esauright"] Esau could have waited for HRT to breach and clear the building but, strategically, that was a questionable decision. An enemy hell-bent on revenge, when faced with the prospect of losing everything, became too unpredictable. If Esau stayed put, Nadir might return, his men in tow, to try putting a bullet in Saajida's. So moving her first became the priority – just far enough to be viable. From there, HRT could mop up what remained of the threat. Shaahir spotted Esau after Ziva, rushing over to Saajida's side. Under any other circumstances, he might have been bothered by the sight of another man holding his wife in his arms, but right now he was just thankful to have someone capable watching out for her – even if it was an Israeli. At least Esau wasn't actively trying to kill her, like her own father wanted to. "Save your strength, Saajida. I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere." Passing Saajida into from Shaahir's waiting arms, Esau shared a glance with his own wife. No doubt the two of them were on the same page, as they so often were, and Esau used his radio to contact the waiting team, indicating that they should secure the building. It didn't take long for the sounds of the breach to reach his ears. Before Saajida knew it, she'd be safely on her way to the hospital, where she could get the treatment she needed. [attr="class","Saajidanert"]Saajida listened and she heard the breach and something about Shaahir telling her to stop talking but for once she wasn't listening, though she didn't make much of an attempt to move. “Nadir, he's still out here.” It was a warning. She knew he wouldn't have been in the middle of all the fighting. Knowing he was still going to come for her didn't make her feel any better. “He will come back for me Shaahir, he won't stop until he finishes what he started.” There was panic laced in her tones.

Ziva exchanged a glance with Esau. They needed to find Nadir before Shaahir did. Though if Ziva's intuition about the man's training was correct, the man was no where near this place anymore. “She's in FBI protective custody until Nadir is found.” Ziva indicated Saajida as she spoke to Shaahir. Where their security details were? Ziva had no clue and she wasn't about to ask.

“Let's move.” Ziva led the way to the ambulance that was waiting to take them to the chopper as the teams moved in and provided them move cover to both get out and sweep the building. Nadir might be in the wind but he'd just made a wanted man out of himself by many agencies, both foreign and domestic.
