"Yeah, sure." Alex grinned and nodded. "Let's check out the hotel and ditch the luggage first." Of course that made sense, so they didn't have to worry about it. "Maybe a quick shower, but then I want to take a look around."
Sure, they'd been up for hours and hours, but she was anxious to explore. Besides, if they slept too soon their 'clocks' wouldn't be reset, so they had to gut it out until a decent hour for bed.
"I'll grab some brochures at the hotel so we know what all there is to do." She really wanted to do it all, but she did know they had to take it easy, at least at first. "And we get to do something for you, too, you need to have fun, too!"
After all, she knew his job was rough and sure, he'd have fun watching her have fun, but she didn't want him left out.
