"Yeah. I'm good"Loki just gave a nod and regained the models from the awkward position he found himself holding them in, after having almost dropped them instinctively
reaching out to stabilize Ina like that.
Thinking no more of it he resumed his shopping, placing the dinosaur into his basket.
Awkwardness setting in though, as he had to step closer to Ina to get to the dragon section of the wrack she was standing near.
“Can I just...” He said, shooting her a brief awkward and apologetic smile as he politely leaned past her to put his dragon back in it's correct row on the shelving.
Being careful not to 'invade her space' anymore than was socially acceptable between shoppers trying to accessing the same section.
After putting the dragon back Loki made his way to the checkout, joining the short queue.
It was only a moment later he looked round to see Ina joining the queue behind him,
“Are you stalking me?” He joked lightly with a smile on one side of his mouth.
Of course not, and they both knew it. It was just a joke to prevent things from becoming awkward as they stood there.
Loki noticed she had the type of model dragon he had been looking at, the thought crossed his mind to ask if she was buying it for herself or for someone else, but chances were that question would be reciprocated.
Loki hadn't really been much one for hobbies outside of his fascination with the criminal mind, but his girlfriend had been encouraging him, saying it wasn't good for him to work all the time. So he had been trying different things, trying to find
'his' hobby, 'his thing' and it was still almost a little embarrassing for him.
He instead put his dinosaur and his small Lego set on the conveyor-belt...unable to avoid doing so.
He smiled politely to the checkout clerk as moved forwards to be served.
Loki paid for his items and gave Ina a courteous nod goodbye, marking the end their interaction as stepped away from the checkout and headed out to his car.
